Service Design - Bubble Tea Outlets
•Recently bubble tea shops are getting popular again, shops like KOI, Gong Cha are now the most patronized bubble tea shops.Thus I realized the queue are always long ,I hope I can create a service product/design to reduce the queue.
Existing Service Design
From this picture, the queue number 168 is seen and the service of queuing works by after a customer purchased a bubbletea ,he/she would receive a receipt of queue number as well as his bubble tea to collect.
The customer then will be able to know when is his/her turn to collect the bubble tea when the queue number jumps to his receipt stated queue number.

•A machine whereby it can help to take order for Bubble Tea to make ordering more convenient other than just queuing.
•A machine to help adds extra sweetener like whip cream , milk , sugar , candies like we are able to customize our own bubble tea with such toppings.•Create a touch screen interface menu of showing the variety Bubble Tea of drink and especially the signature drink.
•Snack dispenser whereby customer purchase a certain amount of bubble tea can have free snacks by using the coupon/receipt.

•Most common age of target audience : 19years old
•Mostly all of them who surveyed are students whereby most age 18,19 & 20 are the highest number among the rest.•Most prefer function of queue number service and ordering machine

Final Design
•After analyzing the survey results I decided to choose service design Ordering Machine and Machine Sweetener as I find feedbacks about them are the most positive.
•The feedbacks about choosing this 2 was in 2nd and 3rd placing among the other 2 ,however there are quite a lot of good comments about both ,thus I decided to combine both idea and create a design with this service.
